Hi, I’m Kate.
For years, my world revolved around digital strategy and innovation. I loved the energy and challenge of the tech world, but becoming a mother profoundly shifted my perspective.
I thought about the artificial intelligence driven world my children were growing up in—and whether the skills emphasized in traditional education would prepare them for it. I became convinced that qualities like emotional intelligence, critical thinking and resilience would matter more than ever.
At the same time, I wanted to build something human-centered—something rooted in everyday family moments.
That’s how Spark + Stone was born.
What started as a personal passion project has grown into a mission-driven brand focused on helping families build meaningful connection and future-ready skills through simple, screen-free experiences.
